The old age way of fertilizing Coastal Hay of any type has been to use granular fertilizer such as 13-13-13 or 17-17-17 or one with a similar analysis to generate 13% to 14% protein, needed to obtain 60 or better in total digestion nutrition.

Now there is a new way to obtain these results! A Water Soluble Fertilizer for foliar feeding used in conjunction with Vitazyme has produced up to 30% more hay for less money than the old granular method.

Use 10 lbs. 30-10-10 w/o Molybdate per acre plus 13 oz. Vitazyme one time after each cutting in a minimum of 20 gallons of water. If no rain in 10-15 days after fertilizing, apply a minimum of 20 gallons of water per acre. Cut in 21-28 days for optimum protein.
